New Resource: Massachusetts Nursing Career Pathway Map

We are proudly announcing the creation of the "Massachusetts Nursing Career Pathway" document. The Student Pipeline Committee gathered information on nursing pipelines and career pathways. Taking that feedback, the committee co-chairs, Meredith Stone, DNP, RN, Silvia Aguayo, MPH, & Dennis Collins developed this career map to be a state-wide resource. The document provides a high-level overview of nursing roles and career progression opportunities, including numerous unlicensed assistance and support positions. Special thanks to everyone who helped guide us during the revision process. Please note, this is an evolving document that will be updated throughout programmatic changes.
